Terms & Conditions


Bua Training wants to make life as easy as possible for our customers.

We accept bookings from our clients on a good-faith basis, and ask that you observe the following conditions:

No show
Late cancellation period
Copyright and Document Security



  • Bookings from new clients will be invoice at the time of booking, and payment should be made by the date of the course
  • By arrangement with Bua Training, bookings from established clients in Ireland will be invoiced in arrears, and should be paid within 30 days of the date of invoice
  • Invoices will be sent by email in a standard business format


  • Late payments will incur interest at a rate of ECB plus 7%, in accordance with the Late Payments in Commercial Transactions Regulations (2002)
  • An up-to-date statement is available on your MyBua account
  • Unless specifically agreed otherwise, all costs incurred by the client associated with any aspect of the training course are the responsibility of the client
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that full payment reaches Bua Training by the due date, and any deductions made by the client or any third party shall be treated as failure to make full payment

Training Course

  • Attendees on training courses accept that active participation is necessary for successful training
  • Attendees on training courses agree not to unreasonably obstruct the learning of others
  • Our public training courses have a maximum of eight trainees per course, unless otherwise stated
  • Requirements for onsite training rooms are listed here

No Show

  • Where a client fails to attend a course, full payment will be due


  • If, for any reason, a client is unable to attend a course that they have booked, they will inform Bua Training as soon as is reasonably possible
  • If  a client cancels a course booking before the late cancellation period, no invoice will be issued
  • If a client cancels a course booking during the late cancellation period, full payment will be due
  • In the event of a late cancellation, if the client's account is not currently or persistently in arrears and at the sole discretion of Bua Training, the client may be offered an alternative course at a reduced fee

Late cancellation period

  • The late cancellation period will normally be three full working days before the course begins
  • If the client has not supplied the names of all the trainees to Bua Training, the late cancellation period will be ten full working days before the course begins


  • Bua Training may update these terms from time to time to ensure the orderly conduct of training courses

Copyright & Document Security

  • All Bua Training materials are copyrighted. It is a criminal offence to copy them without our prior written permission. All clients agree to respect Bua’s copyright, and to report promptly any breach of that copyright to Bua
  • Bua’s manuals, certificates and other documents are produced securely, and we cannot supply extra copies or provide blank stationery
